Tickets remains the property of Big Beat UK Ltd and is a personal revocable
license which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time upon refunding
the printed purchase price. Big Beat UK Ltd is not responsible for the theft or
loss of any tickets. It remains your responsibility to check your ticket; errors
cannot always be rectified. It remains your responsibility to check whether an
event has been altered, rearranged or cancelled. Tickets cannot be refunded or
exchanged after purchase, unless the event has been cancelled. Big Beat UK Ltd
reserves the right to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of its
customers and staff. Big Beat UK Ltd reserves the right to alter, rearrange or
cancel the event. Big Beat UK Ltd is not responsible for any personal property
of its clients. Ticket holders consent to filming or sound recording as members
of the audience. Only persons aged 18 and over will be admitted. Tickets bought
for under 18s will not be refunded.
Any discrepancy regarding tickets or other products/services purchased via
PayPal must be resolved directly with PayPal, via their own resolution
